Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and audiovisual equipment
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow at entry points
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event signage placement
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and vendors
- Coordinate with security teams and vendors for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management of event supplies and promotional items
Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Nashville event locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Nashville landmarks preferred
