Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend events at Austin venues
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance
- Train and supervise part-time event staff during weekend operations

- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Track inventory and coordinate equipment logistics
- Conduct post-event evaluations and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays required)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Certification in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Austin venue regulations and permitting
