Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend event setup and teardown across Columbus venues
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery
- Oversee guest experiences and troubleshoot in real-time
- Execute detailed event timelines and logistics plans
- Train and supervise part-time weekend staff
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment
- Post-event reporting and client follow-up
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday (8AM-8PM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
