Responsibilities
- Execute seamless weekend events across Austin venues (markets, festivals, pop-ups)
- Manage vendor relations and vendor setup/breakdown logistics
- Coordinate on-site staffing and volunteer scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and crowd management strategies
- Track inventory and manage event supplies/equipment
- Collect and analyze attendee feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability Saturdays & Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Experience with mobile POS systems (Square, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Austin's event landscape
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
