Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site setup and execution of weekend festivals and pop-up events
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless vendor operations
- Lead 5-8 person event crews during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Implement safety protocols and crowd management strategies
- Process cashless transactions and manage event inventory
- Collect attendee feedback and optimize event experiences
- Submit weekly performance reports to Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in cash handling and payment processing systems
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Experience managing teams of 5+ people
- Basic knowledge of Miami event venues and permits
