Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weekend events including setup, management, and breakdown
- Coordinate with vendors, performers, and venue staff
- Manage registration systems and attendee flow
- Ensure safety compliance and emergency protocols
- Create engaging social media content during events
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting
- Train and supervise part-time weekend staff
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- 1+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
