Responsibilities
- Execute flawless weekend event setups and breakdowns at Seattle landmarks
- Manage guest registration and ensure exceptional attendee experiences
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event flow
- Handle on-site troubleshooting and maintain event safety standards
- Track inventory and manage equipment logistics
- Collect post-event feedback and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor venues
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
