Responsibilities
- Manage event setup and breakdown at premier Boston venues
- Coordinate guest registration and ticket scanning operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams for seamless execution
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Handle basic troubleshooting for event equipment and systems
- Submit detailed event reports post-shift for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 16 hrs/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Boston locations
- Experience with customer service or event work preferred
