- Manage vendor coordination and setup/breakdown timelines
- Oversee guest registration and VIP experiences
- Troubleshoot on-site issues with creative solutions
- Maintain detailed event documentation and reports
- Coordinate with security and venue management teams
- Ensure brand standards are exceeded at all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of venue management systems
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
