Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend events at Virginia Beach venues including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Oversee event staff scheduling and real-time adjustments during operations
- Handle client communications and resolve on-site issues with professionalism
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and venue regulations
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile detailed reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote weekend events effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently

- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
