Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup and breakdown procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout shifts
- Process payments and handle transactions using mobile POS systems
- Submit shift reports via our digital platform within 2 hours post-event
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid government ID
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
