Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue guidelines
- Greet guests, manage registration, and provide event information
- Assist with crowd control and ensure guest safety
- Operate audio/visual equipment and troubleshoot basic issues
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event experiences
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Document incidents and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of event setup procedures (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Orlando venues
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- 18+ years of age (alcohol events possible)
