Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and check-in procedures
- Manage event flow and crowd control at premier Nashville venues
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP and general attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for flawless execution
- Set up and break down event infrastructure efficiently
- Address attendee inquiries and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Document event activities and submit post-event reports
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Nashville
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Flexibility with event schedules (evenings/overnights)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Previous event/hospitality experience a plus
