Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend events, concerts, and pop-up activations
- Manage vendor booths and merchandise sales with POS systems
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event operations
- Represent client brands with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Previous retail, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexibility to work at various LA locations
