Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with crowd control and maintain event safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event operations
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV equipment and signage
- Report inventory and supply needs to logistics coordinator
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 11 PM shifts)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting (25 lbs)
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible to work in various weather conditions (outdoor events)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-in systems
