Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue specifications
- Greet attendees, manage registration/check-in processes efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Report incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Reliable transportation to various San Jose locations
