Responsibilities
- Greet and direct attendees with professional customer service
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification
- Maintain safe crowd flow and enforce venue policies

- Respond to attendee inquiries with product knowledge
- Collaborate with team leads during event setup/teardown
- Document incident reports and operational notes
Qualifications
- Available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
