Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, signage, and equipment
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee inquiries
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with event attendees
- Assist with crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
- Report inventory and operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must pass basic background check
