Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist event attendees with inquiries
- Manage vendor check-in and ensure proper booth setup
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including equipment staging
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Collaborate with security and emergency services as needed
- Report operational issues to event supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Basic problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments

- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally
