Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at assigned event stations
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including equipment assembly
- Provide clear directional guidance and information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and report safety concerns to supervisors
- Collect and reconcile event materials/tickets at shift end
Qualifications
- Available to work weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Must be 18+ with valid US work authorization
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in outdoor/indoor settings
- Reliable transportation to multiple Austin venues
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to dynamic environments
