Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and entry procedures at weekend events
- Execute venue setup/breakdown according to event specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue policies
- Assist with promotional activities and brand ambassadorship
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/weekend)
- Must be 18+ with valid Texas ID
- Previous event/concert experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Basic first/CPR certification (training provided)
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
