Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation support
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Set up and break down event equipment/staging
- Assist with VIP guest hospitality and special requests
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
- Complete end-of-shift reconciliation and payment processing
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 12:00 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic cash handling or POS experience preferred
- Must pass mandatory background check
- Reliable transportation to downtown venues
- Previous event/conference experience a plus
- Must be 18+ years old
