Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event check-in stations and activity zones
- Manage inventory and supplies for pop-up retail activations
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including tents, signage, and equipment
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols during large gatherings
- Process cashless payments and manage point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain brand standards
- Submit digital timecards daily for immediate payment processing
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8-hour shifts)
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Previous event/concert staffing preferred but not required
