Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at weekend events and festivals
- Manage vendor coordination and supply logistics
- Execute setup/breakdown procedures for temporary structures
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Process digital payments and transaction reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional event teams
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and supplies
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation required
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic POS system knowledge
