Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in at corporate events
- Execute crowd control and venue logistics during concerts/festivals
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and vendors
- Operate event technology systems including ticket scanners and registration kiosks
- Assist with emergency protocols and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain premium service standards
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills

- Must pass basic background check
