Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with crowd control and venue navigation guidance
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Coordinate with security and venue management teams
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shifts
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-11pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in tools
- No prior event experience required (training provided)
- Must pass quick background check
- 18+ years of age (21+ for alcohol-serving events)
