Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entrances, registration desks, and activity stations

- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Complete shift reports and document operational observations
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8-12 hours per weekend)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
