Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend festivals, concerts, and corporate events
- Manage event setup, registration, and attendee flow with precision
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve attendee inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/weekend)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
