- Represent brand with professional demeanor and enthusiasm
- Collect and report attendee feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Must pass basic background check
