Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and event support at weekend festivals, concerts, and corporate gatherings
- Manage registration/check-in processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain event spaces and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless event experiences
- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales when required
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible hours)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California ID required for venue access
- Reliable transportation to downtown SF locations
