Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entrances, information booths, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure guest safety during peak hours
- Assist with venue setup, decorations, and post-event breakdown
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with attendees enthusiastically
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales and ticket scanning
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Boston venues
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Must pass basic background check
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (outdoor events)
