Responsibilities
- Execute seamless setup, breakdown, and operational support for events
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain venue safety standards
- Manage crowd flow and enforce event protocols professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution
- Operate event equipment (AV, registration systems) with proper training
- Uphold brand standards through polished appearance and professional conduct
- Document incident reports and operational feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- 18+ years of age with authorization to work in the US
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification a plus
