Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance in assigned zones
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales and concessions
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including tent and equipment assembly
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professional customer service
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
