Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Distribute promotional materials and manage vendor booths
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure and signage
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth operations
- Report attendance and operational metrics post-event
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid government-issued ID for verification
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
- Previous customer service experience preferred
