Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and attendee support at festivals, markets, and private events
- Manage event registration, ticket scanning, and guest check-in processes
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd management procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain accurate inventory of event supplies and materials
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays, 8am-8pm)
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across SF
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Quick learner with adaptability to dynamic environments
