Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at festivals, concerts, and beach events
- Manage vendor booths and promotional activities with enthusiasm
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and crowd control operations
- Maintain inventory and sales records for assigned stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards

Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 16 hours/week)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability during peak season (May-September)
- Ability to pass basic background check
- 18+ years of age required
