Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at event venues
- Distribute promotional materials and information to attendees
- Assist with crowd control and maintain safe event environments
- Support vendor setup and operational coordination
- Collect and report attendee feedback for post-event analysis
- Handle basic cash transactions and inventory management
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth event execution
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays) 8am-6pm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation to various Austin venues
- Positive attitude and customer service focus
- No experience necessary – full training provided
- Must be 18+ years old
