Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at venue entrances
- Assist with crowd control and venue navigation
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Support vendor setup and breakdown operations
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism
- Monitor safety protocols and report incidents
- Collaborate with team leads during event transitions
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6-10 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin venues
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in systems
