Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event booths, registration desks, and activity stations
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and vendors
- Manage inventory and promotional materials during events
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols
- Collect and process payments via mobile POS systems
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth operations
- Report event metrics and customer feedback post-shift
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 6am-11pm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic cash handling or POS experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check
