Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at festivals, markets, and special events
- Manage vendor booths, check-ins, and attendee assistance
- Ensure venue safety and compliance with event protocols
- Set up and break down event equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions and inventory management
- Adapt to changing schedules and event-specific requirements
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for some mobile assignments)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
