Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at high-profile events
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and VIP guests
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with security teams during peak event hours
- Assist with promotional material distribution and brand ambassador duties
- Complete incident reports and post-event documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic proficiency with mobile event apps (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Reliable transportation to NYC event locations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Must pass standard background check
