- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Operate ticket scanning systems and process payments via mobile POS
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain smooth event operations
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Must pass basic background check
