Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at high-traffic events
- Coordinate event setup/breakdown including furniture and equipment staging
- Operate POS systems for cashless transactions and merchandise sales
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Conduct post-event venue inspections and cleanup
Qualifications
- Reliable availability for all Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-8pm)
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to train
- Valid California driver's license for venue access
- Food Handler's Certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Pass background check and drug screening
