Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage attendee flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/breakdown logistics
- Process transactions using mobile payment systems
- Enforce venue access policies with professional demeanor
- Report operational issues to event supervisors
- Maintain brand standards through polished appearance
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
- Must pass background check
- Flexible schedule availability during peak event seasons
