The Role: As Weekend Event Staff, you'll be the face of Austin's vibrant scene, managing guest check-ins, vendor coordination, and crowd flow. No prior event experience needed - we provide paid training!
Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams
- Maintain crowd flow and safety protocols
- Execute event setup/teardown procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Operate ticket scanning and point-of-sale systems
- Document shift activities and incident reports
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable smartphone with internet access
- Flexible availability for 4-8 hour shifts
- Experience in customer service or event work preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
