Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at high-profile weekend events
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Set up and break down event spaces efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless operations
- Report activity and maintain client satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Reliable transportation to Dallas event venues
- Basic cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various event types (festivals, markets, etc.)
- Must pass basic background check
