Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend events, festivals, and retail locations
- Manage inventory and point-of-sale systems during weekend shifts
- Set up/break down event spaces and maintain clean environments
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols during peak hours
- Process daily transactions and reconcile cash registers
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless operations
- Adapt to dynamic schedules with 48-hour advance notice flexibility
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible shift times
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Basic POS system familiarity (training provided)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- 18+ years old (alcohol-serving roles require 21+)
