Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at festivals, conventions, and corporate events
- Manage registration/check-in processes and attendee flow
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
- Resolve attendee inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Previous event/conference experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee venues
- Must pass basic background check and orientation
