Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Maintain clean and safe event environments
- Provide exceptional customer service to all attendees
- Complete shift reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexible schedule with last-minute shift availability
- Basic knowledge of event setup/breakdown procedures
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
