Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and information assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Set up and break down event equipment and signage
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations
- Report maintenance issues or security concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays (8-12 hour shifts)
- Previous event/concert or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for cash handling responsibilities
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing conditions
